Wind turbine application - need ideas on how to stop it?

Hi, I need help on any ideas or strong reasons on how to stop wind turbines being put up. I live in the countryside and have horses and they will hate them and so will I. Does anyone know any horse accidents related to windmills? Anything besides horses will also be a great help. We live beside a moor with rare owls and such like and will try to use that as well. Anything to do with noise and other problems ociated with them would be of great help to me. Thanks
