If men - and not women - gave birth, do you think most women would be pro-life?

Liberal/democrat women, always vying for the powerless and voiceless minority/under-represented groups of people, would ultimately see the unborn as the personification of all they believe in. Couple this with the powerful feelings of maternity, and I would think that 95% (or more) of women would become staunchly pro-life.
