Anyone know how to use k-lite codec?

Hello Jessi, the Codec is a viewer options not a converter program. First does your new cam support saving files in WMV (wndows media video) format ? if so start there with the camera. the second part you mentioned was the water mark for the conversion. the water mark is a trial version of the software. To remove the water marks you must pay for the software and get them to give you the code to turn on the full function of the program and remove the water marks. There are a few free converters out there but you will need to look around. www.tucows.com is a good place to start your search for a good software suite that may be shareware, demo or even freeware versions. Once again the Codec is to view the file not to alter it. if you need more help finding a good program or have questions about windows please contact me and ask.
