What are some good romance animes?

I highly recommend the anime Lovely Com (also known as Love Com). It is a pretty unique romance, and from the first episode on, the storyline is entertaining and sweet throughout. It isn't cheesy like so many others, and the main girl character is strong and different. I highly recommend it! I think Lovely Complex is what you are looking for!
