Tony shaloub (monk) and shane filan(westlife) resemblance?

dont u think these two guys look alike to each other?their smiles.their puppy eyes.their face shapes.except that shane is a lot younger than tony.he is the younger version of tony lol.i realised their face resemblance since the first time i saw monk on tv years ago.
