Is it safe to take prednisone with tramadone a blood pressure medication the doctor at the clinic prescribed?

went to the doctors today to see about my pleurisy which i dont have ...have really hig blood pressure for my age so he prescribed tramadon and prednisone for my lung inflamation is this safe ?
