Does ne1 know nething bout postpartum anxiety/panic attacks?

I have a 21month old baby girl. And after she was 3months old i started having weird feelings. Like i was n a dream. Nothin was real. Then that led to me havin panic attacks. My heart would beat like i was guna have a heart attack. Id shake and shiver. It was aweful. Now im kinda better. I didnt take any meds (never did). I just accepted god nto my life and the panic attacks went away. But i still have the weird feelings which leads to me bein depressed..i hate it. Does ne1 know how long postpartum last without takin any meds.
