What is Emmett Cullens story?

I read all the books (twice) but it never says much about Emmetts story other than he was attacked by a bear and Rosalie saves him by bringing him to Carlisle. Every other Cullen tells their own story except for Emmett. And then i think one of my friends mentioned something about a deleted chapter about Emmett? It might be on the website but i don't know where it would be. Has anyone read this or is it even real?
