Theres lead in my apartment! i think im dying.?

Long story short.. I've been living in an old apartment built before 1978. I decided to test the walls, fixtures, and piping for lead. The test resulted in very high levels of lead. I checked my lease and the landlord was supposed to notify me of any lead, provide an EPA pamphlet, etc. Nothing was said or presented to me. I've been in and out of the hospital, doctors, and nurologist since I moved in for migranes, dizziness, and nausea. I'm not sure if its related, so I'm going to have my blood checked. I have yet to talk to my landlord becsuse I owe her a months rent from a while ago. What should I do? I want to move but my lease isn't up for a few months and I owe her money. Personally I'm extremely angry about this. I've been drinking lead for 7 months.
