How do you believe that one can survive death?

A and B are worldly goals, and are one way people p on their character and essence. Even Atheists might agree with A & B. However, I also believe in C and D as I am saved by the Grace of God, through belief in His Son Jesus. See John 3:16. It is quite possible to believe in many of these options (except E which is exclusive) depending on your faith or lack of it.
