Does my Polish friend need a visa for a 3 day stopover in Singapore?

We are traveling from Athens to Bali making a three day stopover in Singapore. We are Greek and Dutch. One of our friends is Polish. Does she need a visa? I know that as greek and dutch we get a visa upon entry. Is it the same for Polish?
