For job seekers - What information would you like to see on job postings that no one gives you today?

Job boards and Employers typically provide a small amount of information about open positions. What do candidates want to know that they aren't seeing on employer sites or in job postings that would: make them more interested in responding, help them make a choice about the company, make them want to pursue the job, etc
