Should teachers be allowed to stop children from using the toilet in cl?

The teacher is ridiculous for requiring kids that young to "keep it in". This is unhealthy and unwarranted and methods like these should never be used, not at home and not in an educational environment. Call her to order there is no reason a sane teacher will do this.
