I have five felony Juvenile charges. I need help joining the Navy....?

You should go to your local recruitment office and see what can be done. He will tell you what requirements there are for joining and will also give you some advice as to whether you need to get legal help to see if any of your record can be expunged. (though I doubt it) You may benefit from the fact that these were juvenile offenses but you will not know for sure until you talk to a recruiter.
