You are just 14. Just be friends with them. If you have to choose, i say choose the one who is nicest to you and have more in common with you. Probably not the islander because you mentioned she smokes, thrice, so i guess that means a lot to you. She might make you smoke too, that's a concern. But it is best if you just be friends with them first.
