Nitrogen Cycle, Should i now add fish?

I have had a new fish tank setup for about a month. i have been letting it cycle and doing tests for the nitrite levels and the pH levels. Well the pH is perfect and my nitrite level is now at 0.1mg/l. Can i now add my fish, there in my old tank which is getting a bit tatty so i would like to change them over as soon as i can, theres only 2 left in there? I know i have to add them gradually.
