I need help with some blood test results?

I am 61 female. my blood results were 15.4 hemoglobin, and 45.2 hematocrit. My tryglycerides were at 170 and glucose serum was at 129. These test were taken after I had eaten late in the afternoon about 4. My RBC was 4.87. I do not have a thyroid and take medicine for it. I also take an aspirin a day because I had my aorta replaced 12 years ago due to a blockage caused by an injury. I take vytorin to control my cholesterol and those levels are normal. ldl 93,vldl 34 t.chol/hdl 3.9, t4 12.0,t3=26, t4 free=1.22 this new doctor I have says this is all normal no problems. Is this good. Should I get a second opinion. Please help me to understand. This is the first time my tryglycerides have been high and first time my hemoblobin and hematocrit have been high. Please give an opinion and advice as to what this all means. Thanks.
