Asthma and chest congestion and nasal congestion. MD. or lung therapy people help?

since oct 20 i have been sick . lots of congestion. lots of asthma. one trip to er. the doctor there said part of my right lung was colasped . he gave me antibiotics and prednisone. i finished all of them . still ill went to family doc. he gave me nothing but let me increase symbicort. walk in clinic yesterday gave me more prednisone. but again not antibiotics . pharm. says i should be on them . i am getting sicker not better what should i do . help
