87 honda civic front wheel drive making clunking noise in penger side tire?

recently changed out CV axles on my 87 civic. If I speed up to 20mph or so.. and then coast I can hear a tuk,tuk, tuk sound coming from my penger front tire. Could it be a faulty NEW cv axel or something else.
